1. Our commitment
We believe everyone should be able to access information about financing for their business. We are committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
2. Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
“Conformance” means the website meets the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. We are working toward full conformance and treat it as an ongoing target rather than a one-time milestone.
3. Measures we take
To support accessibility, our website is built with practices that include:
- Semantic HTML and a logical, consistent heading structure.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative-image hiding from assistive technology.
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
- Color contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for text and essential UI.
- Labelled form fields and clear, programmatically associated error messaging.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow.
- Respecting reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
TODO(legal): Optional — reference any formal third-party accessibility audit or VPAT once completed, and its date.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content and integrations may not always meet the same standard. Where we identify barriers, we work to remediate them and to provide an accessible alternative on request.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new and updated content against our accessibility standards and incorporate accessibility into our design and development process. This statement will be updated as our practices and the website evolve.
